The software he designs makes sense to the customer because it's easier to learn and simpler to use. It makes sense to software engineers because it's simpler to define, design, develop, and maintain, and it makes sense to the entire business because simple but powerful is simply more profitable.

He delights in the challenge of finding simple, elegant, and creative solutions to complex multi-dimensional problems, and strives to put a smile on each face that sits on the other side of the computer monitor, TV screen, mobile phone, or PDA.
